We are currently looking for two Danish-speaking customer service representatives for NutraQ's office in Trollhättan!

NutraQ is seeking two Danish-speaking customer service representatives for their office in Trollhättan. Here, you will become part of a cheerful team in a rapidly growing and innovative company within the beauty and health industry. Their new and fresh office is located at Innovatum in Trollhättan, easily accessible by train or bus. At the Trollhättan office, you will belong to the Danish customer service team and work alongside a tight-knit group of 4 people, while also being part of the customer service team in Denmark where your manager is located. You will also have close collaboration with the Swedish and Norwegian teams, as well as other parts of the organization.

About the role of Customer Service Representative at NutraQ

As a customer service representative at NutraQ, you can expect a varied workday. You will be the first point of contact for customers needing assistance and advice regarding NutraQ´s various products. NutraQ has several brands including Olso Skin Lab, VitaeLab, Edge of Arctic, and Vesterålens. With excellent communication skills and a knack for service, you will ensure that customers receive the best possible assistance and advice.

You will also have the opportunity to work on sales activities and contribute to engaging NutraQ´s Danish audience and enhancing the customer experience throughout various stages of the customer journey. The main mission will be to provide world-class customer service and reduce customer churn.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide advice and support to NutraQ´s Danish customers via phone and email in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Actively drive up selling by identifying and providing relevant products and services.
  • Make follow-up and welcome calls to customers to ensure a superior customer experience.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to the customer service process.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in customer service.
  • Very good knowledge of Danish, both spoken and written.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in sales is advantageous.

Since you will be taking care of Danish-speaking customers, it is important that you feel comfortable speaking and writing in Danish. However, you will have access to a variety of tools and email templates in Danish that will make it easy for you to provide professional advice without being completely fluent in the language.

About the position

  • Full-time (37.5 hours/week)
  • Consulting assignment until the end of August with very good chances of extension.
  • Desired start date: Immediate
