French-speaking Customer service to Kista

For our client in Kista, we are now looking for a service minded and positive French- speaking customer service representative. The company works in the healthcare industry and is part of a larger international group and in this position, you will work towards the French market and support the Nordic countries when needed. You will work with five happy and supportive colleagues.

The position

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a part of the customer service team where your main area is France and where your colleagues will work against the Nordic countries. Together you will offer a first-class service. The company´s customers are hospitals, county councils and companies working in healthcare, and some private clients. In the role you will answer questions via email and phone (about 8-10 calls / day), receive orders, create and post orders and make sure that everything is correctly posted in the system. It also includes some returns and complaints handling. You will have a lot of contact with the French Sales Manager and dealers in both England and the Netherlands as well as many contacts internally.

This is a consulting assignment, and you will be employed by us at The Place but work at the customer. The duration of the assignment is 6 months with good opportunities for overemployment at the customer company. The service is full-time 40 hours a week and the phone line is open 8-16. Start is as soon as possible, with regard to a notice period.

Qualifications

We are looking for you with the following background

• Very good knowledge of French and English in speech and writing
• Experience of working in customer service / customer service / order reception
• Good system skills and knowledge of the Office package
• Some knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious:

• Experience with the ERP system Dynamics 365
